The Pet Taxi service is charged in full hourly blocks (e.g., up to 1 hr = £10, up to 2 hrs = £20) while pets are in care, plus 50p per mile.

  First 5 miles of journey to pickup AND first 5 miles of return to base are free of charge.

  Hourly rate only applies during actual pet transport - not during empty journeys to pickup or return to base.

  This pricing applies regardless of the number of animals being transported.

  Unsociable hours (6PM - 8AM) incur an additional £5 per hour charge.

  A mandatory 20-minute break will be added for each 3-hour period in line with our insurance policy (charged at hourly rate).

  A £10 fee applies if a pet soils or causes damage to the vehicle (not included in estimate).
