Booking and Payments
Bookings can be made via email, text, or through the Walkies app. Availability will be confirmed based on our schedule and your pet's needs.
- Dog walking clients: All invoices are going to be issued at the end of the month.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer and SUMUP. Full details will be included on your invoice.
Yes, regular clients can block-book services for a whole year, with invoices sent on the 1st of the following month.
Late payments incur a 5% fee per day, capped at 30 days. If we do not hear from you regarding the outstanding payment, we will take additional action to resolve the matter.
Yes, you can request changes such as shortening or extending the service. However:
- Shortened services are non-refundable but may be credited towards future bookings.
- Extended services will be charged at our standard rates, subject to availability.

We handle pick-up, travel to a local park, and a safe, enjoyable walk. The Walkies app provides live updates, tracking, and a detailed post-walk report with photos.
Yes, we aim to accommodate preferences for walking locations, provided they are safe and within our service area. If you prefer a location that is not local, such as a dog paddock, you will need to:
- Pay 45p per mile for travel from your house to the paddock and back.
- Book the dog paddock yourself. We will then manage the logistics of getting your dog there on time.
Yes, clients can block-book walks as far ahead as they like. For example, you can reserve a specific time each week, such as Wednesdays at 11 a.m. You can also adjust the days or frequency of your bookings as needed.
House Sitting and Drop-In Visits
House sitting covers a 24-hour period and includes feeding, companionship, and walks for your pets. Shorter stays are classified as extended care and charged accordingly.
