While every care visit and ride is carried out with the highest level of attention and professionalism, horses are large, unpredictable animals and handling or riding always carries an element of risk.
Owner Responsibility: By booking my services, owners confirm that their horse is suitable for the care or riding requested and that any relevant medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements have been disclosed in advance. Owners are responsible for ensuring that their horse is appropriately insured.
Liability Disclaimer: I cannot accept liability for:
- Injury or illness that occurs as a result of a horse’s normal behaviour.
- Pre-existing conditions or ongoing health issues.
- Loss, injury, or damage caused by the horse to themselves, other horses, people, or property.
